Will I own my rights to my original content in this anthology?
Yes — always. Your words are yours. You retain full ownership of your original work. Your original language, ideas, and story are absolutely yours to reuse — in social media posts, on your blog, your Substack, wherever you show up. Your story never stops belonging to you.
Will there be support during the writing and publishing process?
Yes. You will not be navigating this alone. There will be live Q&A sessions to walk you through the publishing process and guidelines, as well as group coaching sessions where you can ask questions, get writing guidance, and connect with your fellow authors. This is a community, not just a book project.
Can I participate if I've never been published before?
Not only can you — this project was made with you in mind. Whether this is your very first time putting your story into print or you're a seasoned author looking to share your experience with alternative pathways, you belong here. You don't need a writing résumé. You need a story worth telling. And you have one.
What does it cost to become an author?
There are three chapter sizes to choose from, depending on how much of your story you want to share:

Will I receive royalties from book sales?
Yes. When the anthology is published, each author will receive royalties based on sales. I want to be upfront with you: royalties typically take time to come in — usually anywhere from 12 to 24 months after publication.
But UNBOUND Publishing Co. will always be fully transparent. You'll receive sales reports every six months so you know exactly how the book is doing.
The heart of this project is visibility and awareness — getting these stories out into the world where they can create real change. But any royalties that come in will always be distributed to authors. That's a promise.
What happens after the anthology is published? Can I keep working with UNBOUND?
Absolutely. The anthology is just the beginning. After we publish, there will be opportunities to continue working together in whatever capacity makes sense for where you are in your author journey.
